DIABETINĖS PĖDOS GYDYMO GALIMYBĖS PO REVASKULIARIZACIJOS

چکیده
Diabetinė pėdos opa (DPO) yra viena dažniausių ir labiausiai gyvenimo kokybę sunkinančių cukrinio diabeto komplikacijų. DPO infekcija pagrindinė priežastis, lemianti netraumines apatinių galūnių amputacijas. Šiuolaikinis diabetinės gydymas vaistais nuolatos tobulėja, tačiau pagrindinis gydymo metodas vis dar išlieka operacinis. Laisvojo lopo panaudojimas revaskuliarizacija defekto vietoje leidžia sėkmingai gydyti išvengti galūnės amputacijos. Tyrimo tikslas − remiantis naujausiomis mokslinėmis publikacijomis apžvelgti opų diagnostiką rekonstrukcinį gydymą. Atlikta 40 publikacijų mokslinė apžvalga. Straipsniai atrinkti naudojantis PubMed, UpToDate ScienceDirect duomenų bazėmis. Į apžvalgą įtrauktos ne senesnės nei dešimties metų publikacijos anglų kalba.
